Prepare and wash the mixed berries if needed. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a small bowl or glass, layer 1/3 of the Greek yogurt on the bottom of the serving dish.
Add a layer of 1/2 of the mixed berries over the yogurt.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the granola over the berries for a crunchy layer.
Spoon another 1/3 of the Greek yogurt over the granola layer evenly.
Add the remaining mixed berries over this yogurt layer.
Sprinkle the remaining granola over the berries.
Top with the last 1/3 of Greek yogurt.
Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of honey over the top yogurt layer for added sweetness.
Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the top of the parfait for extra crunch and garnish with a pinch of cinnamon, if desired.
Serve the parfait immediately to maintain the crunchy texture of the granola, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours if preparing in advance.
