Total: 20 minutes
LunchHealthyQuick & Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 piece whole-wheat tortilla
  • 100 g sliced turkey breast
  • 50 g avocado
  • 20 g lettuce leaves
  • 50 g tomato slices
  • 30 g shredded carrot
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

1

Lay the whole-wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.

2

Spread 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt evenly over the tortilla.

3

Layer the sliced turkey breast evenly over the yogurt-covered tortilla.

4

Arrange the avocado slices on top of the turkey, followed by tomato slices and shredded carrot.

5

Finish with a layer of lettuce leaves.

6

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7

Carefully roll up the tortilla, starting from one side and tucking the filling in as you go. Ensure it's snug but not overstuffed to prevent tearing.

8

Secure the wrap with a toothpick or two if necessary, to help hold its shape.

9

In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

10

Toss the shredded carrot with cucumber slices (if desired) or any available salad green, and drizzle with the olive oil and lemon dressing to coat evenly.

11

Serve the wrap with the side of carrot-cucumber salad.
