Ingredients

  • 30 g Beef gelatin
  • 3/4 cup 0 Calorie Allulose Syrup
  • 1/2-2/3 cup Water
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder

Instructions

Add 1.5 servings (30g) of gelatin into mixing bowl with 1/2-2/3 cup of water. Mix well and set aside to let it bloom for 10-15 minutes.

In saucepan, add 3/4 cup allulose and a little more than 1/4 cup of water.

Continuously stir for a few minutes until liquid is bubbling/golden.

After 10-15 mins of gelatin blooming, add hot liquid to mixing bowl containing the gelatin mixture. Mix with standing or hand mixer for 10 minutes or until it becomes fluffy like marshmallow.

Once done, add protein powder and mix well.

Pour done marshmallow to a container and put in the fridge until it sets (~1 hr or less).
