  • 2 cups 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2/3 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold running water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a medium-sized bowl, add the 2 cups of Greek yogurt and stir it gently to make it smooth and creamy.

Take two serving glasses or bowls. Add about 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt to the bottom of each glass.

Evenly distribute half of the granola (1/3 cup total, so about 1/6 cup per glass) over the yogurt layer in each glass.

Layer half of the mixed berries (1/2 cup total, so about 1/4 cup per glass) evenly over the granola.

Add another layer of Greek yogurt (1/4 cup to each glass), using up the remaining yogurt.

Top each parfait with the remaining granola and mixed berries (another 1/6 cup of granola and 1/4 cup of berries per glass).

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts over the top of each parfait.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the top of each parfait as a finishing touch.
