  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 50 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 30 g granola
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 15 g chopped almonds

Instructions

Gather all your ingredients: 170 g of plain Greek yogurt, 50 g of mixed berries, 30 g of granola, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 15 g of chopped almonds.

In a glass or a serving cup, add half of the Greek yogurt (85 g) as the first layer.

Sprinkle half of the mixed berries (25 g) evenly over the yogurt.

Add a tablespoon of honey by drizzling it over the berries for sweetness.

Add a layer of granola (15 g) over the honey.

Sprinkle half of the chopped almonds (7.5 g) on top of the granola for crunch.

Repeat the layering starting with the remaining Greek yogurt (85 g), followed by berries (25 g), granola (15 g), and finish with almonds (7.5 g).

Drizzle the remaining honey (if preferred) on the top layer for added sweetness.
