Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the lean ground turkey to the pan. Cook, stirring frequently, until the turkey is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the tomato passata and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low, and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, toss the mixed greens with 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinaigrette.
Serve the cooked pasta topped with the turkey bolognese sauce. Serve the mixed greens salad on the side.
