  • 1 pieces jalapeño
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Korean red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon msg
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

Boil the eggs in water for about 6-7 minutes for a soft-boiled texture.

Prepare the marinade by mixing the onion, jalapeño, garlic, green onion, gochujang, water, soy sauces, honey, red pepper flakes, msg, and sesame seeds in a bowl.

Once the eggs are boiled and cooled, peel them and immerse them in the marinade for at least 30 minutes before serving.
