Total: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli
  • 1 average Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 150 grams Snow Peas
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice or Noodles

Instructions

1

Prepare the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into small florets, slice the bell pepper into thin strips, julienne the carrot, trim and prepare the snow peas. Mince the garlic and ginger.

2

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

3

Add the garlic and ginger to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4

Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas to the pan. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes, or until the vegetables are just tender-crisp.

5

Mix soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl, then pour it over the vegetables. Add red chili flakes and toss to coat the vegetables evenly.

6

Continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

7

Remove from heat, sprinkle with sliced green onions, and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
