  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 5 pieces Cloves
  • 1 whole Lime

Instructions

Rinse the dried hibiscus flowers under cold water.

In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the hibiscus flowers, ginger, and cloves.

Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.

Strain the mixture into a pitcher and add sugar to taste.
