Chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Mince the garlic and finely chop the onion.
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the chicken pieces to the pan, and cook until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until well combined.
Lower the heat to low, and pour the milk and egg mixture into the pan with the chicken. Stir continuously to create a creamy sauce, cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the dish just before serving.
Serve the Chicken in Creamy Egg Sauce hot, ideally with rice or pasta on the side.
