In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup.

Stir the mixture well to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumping together.

Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator to chill overnight, or for at least 4 hours until the mixture has thickened to a pudding-like consistency.

Before serving, give the chia pudding a good stir to break up any clumps.
