Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Whole-wheat tortillas
  • 450 g Turkey breast
  • 225 g Avocado
  • 60 g Cheddar cheese
  • 150 g Mixed greens
  • 6 tbsp Greek yogurt dip
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Remove the turkey from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips.

While the turkey is resting, slice the avocado and grate the cheddar cheese.

Warm the whole-wheat tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side or until soft.

Assemble the wraps by spreading 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt dip on each tortilla. Layer with sliced turkey, avocado, grated cheddar, and some mixed greens.

Roll up the tortillas tightly, then slice each wrap in half if desired.

In a bowl, toss the remaining mixed greens with a little salt and pepper for a simple side salad.

Serve the wraps with the side salad and a small bowl of the remaining Greek yogurt dip for additional dipping.
