Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the potatoes for 15 minutes.
While the potatoes are roasting, prepare the salmon. In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, and the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
After 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and push the potatoes to one side. Add the broccoli florets, drizzle them with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Place the salmon fillet on the cleared space of the baking sheet. Brush the lemon-dill mixture over the salmon.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let everything rest for 2 minutes before serving.
