Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Spread them out on one side of the prepared baking tray, cut side down.
In the same bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the remaining 1/2 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Add them to the other side of the tray with the potatoes.
Roast the potatoes and broccoli in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped dill.
After 15 minutes, remove the tray from the oven. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, then place it in the center of the tray between the potatoes and broccoli.
Spoon the lemon-dill mixture over the salmon. Return the tray to the oven and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
