Cut the boneless skinless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with plain yogurt, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Pour the tikka masala sauce over the cooked chicken in the pan. Stir well and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
Serve the chicken tikka masala over the cooked basmati rice. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
