Season the cubed chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
In a large skillet or pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the cubed chicken to the pan and sauté until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium and pour in the tomato-yogurt tikka masala sauce. Stir to coat the chicken evenly and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce is heated through.
While the chicken simmers, warm the cooked basmati rice in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Serve the Chicken Tikka Masala over the warm basmati rice.
Accompany the dish with the cucumber raita on the side.
