Ingredients

  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3

Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook and stir, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.

4

Season the beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, then remove from heat.

5

Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.

6

Spoon the cooked beef mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.

7

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.

8

Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese to form sliders.

9

Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

10

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to lightly toast the buns.

11

Remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
