Mango Chia Seed Pudding

Mango Chia Seed Pudding

By Chef

Total: 4 hours (including chilling time)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1 unit Ripe mango
  • to taste tbsp Honey

Instructions

1

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond milk and chia seeds. Stir well to make sure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

2

Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent the chia seeds from clumping together.

3

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to a jar with a lid. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.

4

When ready to serve, peel the ripe mango and cut it into small cubes. Set aside a few pieces for garnish.

5

Take the chia pudding out of the refrigerator and stir it well. If it's too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

6

Sweeten the chia pudding with honey to taste, mixing it in thoroughly.

7

To serve, divide the chia seed pudding into bowls or cups, then top with the diced mango and extra mango pieces reserved for garnish.

8
