Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Place the salmon fillet skin-side down in the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the bottom is crispy.
Flip the salmon fillet and add 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce to the pan. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, occasionally spooning sauce over the fish.
Transfer the cooked salmon to a plate.
Reheat the cooked white rice in the microwave or on the stove if necessary. Arrange it on a serving plate.
Place the steamed broccoli alongside the rice on the plate. Season with a pinch of salt if desired.
Place the cooked salmon on top of the rice and drizzle any remaining teriyaki sauce over the dish.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
