Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking dish. Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of black pepper. Place half of the lemon, thinly sliced, on top of the salmon.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, trim the ends of the green beans and steam them for about 4-5 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, mix the plain yogurt, the juice from the other half of the lemon, finely chopped dill, and a pinch of salt to make the lemon-dill yogurt sauce. Stir until well combined.
Serve the baked salmon over the cooked brown rice, accompanied by the steamed green beans. Drizzle the lemon-dill yogurt sauce over the salmon and rice just before serving.
