  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup tahini dressing

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked farro, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and kalamata olives.

Toss the ingredients gently to combine them evenly. Make sure that the farro is distributed throughout the mix.

Drizzle the tahini dressing over the salad mixture. Start with half and add more to taste if desired.

Add salt to taste and toss everything again until the tahini dressing is well mixed in and all ingredients are coated.

Transfer the Buddha Bowl to a serving plate or bowl.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley on top for added flavor and presentation.
