If using canned salmon, drain it and break it into bite-size pieces. If using seared salmon, flake it gently with a fork.
Arrange the mixed greens evenly on a large serving plate.
Place the green beans, quartered boiled potato, and halved cherry tomatoes around the plate, evenly distributed over the greens.
Add the slices of hard-boiled egg around the plate.
Scatter the salmon pieces over the salad.
Drizzle the olive oil and vinegar dressing over the top of the salad.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Toss gently to combine all ingredients or leave layered for presentation, as desired. Serve immediately to enjoy.
