Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ziti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ziti, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, cooked spinach, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Stir until well combined.
Transfer the ziti mixture to a baking dish. Spread it out evenly, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
