In a medium bowl, mix the cooked brown rice with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix black beans with the corn kernels, and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Set aside.
In a serving bowl, arrange the chopped romaine lettuce at the base.
Layer the cooked brown rice over the lettuce.
Top with the black bean and corn mixture.
Add the sliced grilled chicken breast on top.
Place the avocado slices over the chicken.
Drizzle the salsa evenly over the bowl.
Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top for garnish.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
