Begin by reheating the grilled chicken breast, if necessary, in a skillet over medium heat or using a microwave until it is warmed through.
In a large skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the corn and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is slightly charred, about 3-4 minutes.
While the corn is cooking, slice the grilled chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
In a large serving bowl, start assembling the burrito bowl by spreading the cooked rice evenly at the bottom.
Top the rice with the black beans, followed by the grilled chicken pieces, charred corn, and salsa.
Slice the 1/4 avocado and arrange it neatly on top of the bowl.
Sprinkle the chopped romaine over the rest of the ingredients.
Add 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese or Greek yogurt on top as an optional layer for extra creaminess and flavor.
Season the entire bowl with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the chicken burrito bowl with a lime wedge on the side for squeezing just before eating to add freshness and zing.
