In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the thinly sliced flank steak to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned.
Add the broccoli florets to the pan, stir well to combine with the steak.
Pour in the coconut aminos, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Cover the pan and let it cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the broccoli to become tender-crisp and the flavors to meld together. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Remove the cover and add the chopped green onion, mixing it well with the beef and broccoli.
Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds before serving. Serve hot.
