Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add pork tenderloin pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
Remove pork and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in heavy cream and return pork to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and serve topped with the creamy mushroom sauce.
