Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Peel the sweet potato and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Trim the asparagus by snapping off the woody ends. Toss with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Pat dry the steak with paper towels. Rub both sides with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with mixed herbs, salt, and black pepper.
Place the sweet potato slices on the grill. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and with grill marks.
After the sweet potatoes have been cooking for about 10 minutes, add the asparagus to the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.
Once the vegetables are almost done, place the steak on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust time for preferred doneness.
Remove everything from the grill. Let the steak rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve the sliced steak with grilled sweet potato and asparagus. Enjoy your meal!
