Marinate the chicken breasts in Italian dressing for at least 15 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
In the same pan, cook the marinated chicken breasts until cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
In the same pan, add cooked pasta, honey mustard, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Slice chicken and bacon into bite-sized pieces and add to the pasta along with mozzarella cheese.
Toss everything together in the pan until well combined and the cheese has melted.
Serve hot. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley or basil for added flavor.
