Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Mediterranean Pasta Salad

By Light Darko

Total: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g olives
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 50 ml Italian dressing

Instructions

1

Boil a large pot of salted water. Once boiling, add the 200g of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8-10 minutes.

2

While the pasta is cooking, rinse 100g of cherry tomatoes under cold water and cut them in half.

3

Rinse 100g of olives under cold water and slice them into rings or halves, depending on your preference.

4

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it in a colander and rinse with cold water to cool it down quickly. Allow it to drain completely.

5

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced olives.

6

Crumble 50g of feta cheese over the pasta mixture.

7

Drizzle 50ml of Italian dressing over the salad and toss everything together gently to combine. Ensure the dressing coats all the ingredients evenly.

8

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. You might not need much salt due to the brininess of the feta and olives.

9

Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.

10

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy your Mediterranean Pasta Salad!
