In a medium bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, finely chopped cucumber, diced tomato, and finely sliced red onion. Mix well.
In a small bowl, mix the plain yogurt, chopped dill, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and create a dressing.
Pour the yogurt dill dressing over the chickpea salad mixture and mix to evenly coat all the ingredients.
Lay the whole-grain wrap on a clean surface. Place the lettuce leaves in the center of the wrap to create a base.
Spoon the chickpea salad mixture onto the lettuce leaves. Make sure to distribute it evenly.
Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling, then roll the wrap tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
