Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas Whole grain tortillas
  • 240 grams Sliced turkey breast (roasted/deli low-sodium)
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 cup Mixed greens
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 1/4 small Red onion
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • to taste - Salt
  • to taste - Black pepper

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mustard, and lemon juice to create the spread. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined and set aside.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado until smooth, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Thinly slice the tomato and red onion. Set aside.

Lay the whole grain tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread half of the Greek yogurt-mustard mixture evenly over each tortilla.

Evenly distribute the mashed avocado over the Greek yogurt-mustard spread on each tortilla.

Place the sliced turkey breast on top of the avocado layer, distributing it evenly across both tortillas.

Add a layer of mixed greens on top of the turkey, followed by the sliced tomato and red onion.

Carefully roll each tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Cut each wrap in half diagonally for easy serving.
