Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

1

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp.

4

Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the broccoli. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and the 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.

5

Serve the beef and broccoli stir-fry over the cooked brown rice. Enjoy immediately while it's warm.
