Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and 1/2 tsp dried oregano.
Grill the chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and has nice grill marks. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves, dice the cucumber and avocado into small cubes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, quinoa, salad greens, and avocado. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, remaining 1/2 tsp dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Slice the grilled chicken breast and arrange on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
