In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and chia seeds. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.
Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup to the mixture. Stir to ensure the vanilla and maple syrup are evenly distributed.
Gently fold in the mixed berries into the oat mixture, being careful not to crush the berries.
Divide the mixture evenly into individual jars or containers with lids. Each jar should be about 3/4 full, leaving room at the top for expansion.
Sprinkle the sliced almonds evenly over each serving. Put the lids on the jars or containers.
Place the containers in the refrigerator and let them sit overnight (or for at least 6 hours) to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
In the morning, give the oats a good stir before serving. You can enjoy them cold, directly from the refrigerator, or let them come to room temperature.
