Total: 45 minutes
KetoIndianAppetizerVegetarian

Ingredients

  • 300 g paneer
  • 100 g bell peppers
  • 100 g onion
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Tikka spice mix
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

1

Cut the paneer into cubes of about 2 cm each. Slice the bell peppers and onion into similar-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.

2

In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, tikka spice mix, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.

3

Add the paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onion slices to the marinade. Toss gently to coat all the pieces evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

4

Preheat your grill or oven to 200°C (390°F).

5

Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers, alternating between them to create colorful skewers.

6

Brush the skewers with olive oil to prevent sticking and ensure even grilling.

7

Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until the paneer is golden and the vegetables are slightly charred.

8

Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Keto Paneer Tikka as an appetizer or as a main dish.
