Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the paneer cubes and sauté until they are golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the tomato-onion masala. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is heated and sizzling.
Add the roasted cauliflower to the pan and gently stir to combine with the masala. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Return the sautéed paneer cubes to the pan. Stir well to coat the paneer and cauliflower with the masala. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, ensuring everything is heated through.
Serve the Paneer Tikka Masala over a bed of cooked basmati rice.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
