BreakfastQuick MealsEgg Dishes

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 pieces danish pastry
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Place the danish pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Warm them in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until they are heated through and slightly crispy.

3

Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until crispy. Once done, remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

4

In the same skillet, pour out most of the bacon fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan.

5

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly with the salt and pepper.

6

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet with the melted butter and bacon fat. Cook the eggs over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to scramble, until they reach your desired doneness.

7

Plate the danish, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Enjoy your hearty breakfast!
