Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 sprig fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

Gather all the ingredients and wash the fresh berries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.

Take a serving glass or bowl and spoon 1/3 of the Greek yogurt into the bottom.

Add 1/3 of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.

Drizzle a small teaspoon of honey over the berry layer for extra sweetness.

Sprinkle a third of the granola over the honey and berry layer.

Repeat the layering two more times: a layer of yogurt, a layer of berries, a drizzle of honey, and a layer of granola.

Top the final layer with sliced almonds for added crunch.

Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, if using. Serve immediately.
