Total: 20 minutes
BreakfastSnackHealthyDessert

Ingredients

  • 170 g Plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 0.25 cup Granola
  • 0.75 cup Mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

1

Start by washing the mixed berries thoroughly under cold running water. Pat them dry gently using a paper towel to remove excess water.

2

Take a clean and clear glass or parfait cup and begin by adding 1/3 of the Greek yogurt (approximately 57g) to form the first layer at the bottom.

3

Add half of the mixed berries (approximately 0.375 cup) on top of the yogurt in an even layer.

4

Sprinkle half of the granola (approximately 1/8 cup) evenly over the berries.

5

Add another third of the Greek yogurt (57g) over the granola, spreading it gently to maintain the layers.

6

Add the remaining mixed berries (0.375 cup) as another layer on top of the yogurt.

7

Sprinkle the remaining granola (1/8 cup) evenly over the berries.

8

Add the final third of the Greek yogurt (57g) over the granola, smoothing out the top layer.

9

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the top layer of yogurt for sweetness.

10

Finish by sprinkling 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts on the very top for added crunch and flavor.

11

Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours if you prefer a chilled parfait.
