  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup whole-grain granola
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds (optional)

Instructions

Start by washing the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and let them drain well.

In a small bowl or a parfait glass, add half of the Greek yogurt as the first layer.

Evenly distribute half of the mixed berries over the yogurt layer.

Sprinkle half of the granola and chia seeds evenly over the berry layer.

Drizzle a touch of the honey over this layer to add a hint of sweetness.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt, followed by the rest of the mixed berries, granola, and chia seeds.

Finish with a drizzle of the remaining honey on top.
