Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt or impurities. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds with a small amount of water (about 2-3 tablespoons) and let them sit for a couple of minutes to begin absorbing the liquid.
In a glass or bowl, layer 50 g of Greek yogurt as the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle half of the granola evenly over the berries for a crunchy texture.
Add the remaining yogurt as the next layer, smoothing it out with a spoon.
Top with the remaining mixed berries and granola.
Sprinkle the soaked chia seeds over the top layer.
Drizzle the honey over the parfait for added sweetness.
Serve immediately as a delicious and nutritious breakfast or snack.
