  • 30 g Granola
  • 80 g Mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds with a small amount of water (about 2-3 tablespoons) and let them sit for a couple of minutes to begin absorbing the liquid.

In a glass or bowl, layer 50 g of Greek yogurt as the base layer.

4

Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

5

Sprinkle half of the granola evenly over the berries for a crunchy texture.
