In a small bowl, whisk together the basil pesto, olive oil, and lemon juice until well combined.
Pour the pesto dressing over the pasta mixture, and gently toss to ensure everything is coated evenly.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss again to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
