In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Rub this spice mix on both sides of the salmon fillet.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned salmon and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.
Remove the salmon from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Flake into bite-sized pieces using a fork.
In a separate bowl, mix shredded cabbage with half the lime juice, a pinch of salt, and chopped cilantro to make the slaw. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt or sour cream with the remaining lime juice and a pinch of salt to make the lime crema.
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable and slightly toasted.
Assemble tacos by placing some cabbage slaw on each tortilla, topping with flaked salmon, and drizzling with lime crema. Garnish with extra cilantro if desired.
