  • 5 oz peeled shrimp (medium)
  • 2 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage slaw
  • 1 tbsp yogurt-lime crema
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the shrimp to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp in a single layer. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the grill and set aside.
