In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the shrimp to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp in a single layer. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the grill and set aside.
Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable and have slight grill marks.
Assemble the tacos by placing the grilled shrimp on each tortilla. Top with the shredded cabbage slaw, adding some freshness and crunch.
Add slices of avocado to each taco. Drizzle with the yogurt-lime crema for added tang and creaminess.
