In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, tikka spice mix, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Add the cubed paneer, bell peppers, and onions to the yogurt mixture. Gently toss to coat all pieces evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat a grill pan over medium heat and brush it with oil. Skewer the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions alternately onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill pan, cooking each side for about 5-7 minutes, or until the paneer is golden and slightly charred. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Once cooked, remove from heat and serve hot. Optionally, garnish with lemon wedges and fresh coriander.
