Total: 35 minutes
IndianVegetarianGrill

Ingredients

  • 200 g paneer, cubed
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp tikka spice mix
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

1

In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, tikka spice mix, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

2

Add the cubed paneer, bell peppers, and onions to the yogurt mixture. Gently toss to coat all pieces evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

3

Preheat a grill pan over medium heat and brush it with oil. Skewer the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions alternately onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.

4

Place the skewers on the grill pan, cooking each side for about 5-7 minutes, or until the paneer is golden and slightly charred. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.

5

Once cooked, remove from heat and serve hot. Optionally, garnish with lemon wedges and fresh coriander.
