Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Low-sugar granola
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

1

Rinse the mixed berries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, remove the stems and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

2

In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and chia seeds. Stir well until the chia seeds are evenly mixed into the yogurt.

3

Take a parfait glass or a small serving glass or bowl. Begin by spooning half of the yogurt and chia seed mixture into the bottom of the glass.

4

Layer half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt mixture.

5

Sprinkle half of the granola on top of the berries to add a crunchy layer.

6

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining yogurt and chia seed mixture on top of the granola.

7

Add the remaining mixed berries as the next layer.

8

Top with the remaining granola.

9

If desired, drizzle the honey evenly over the top of the parfait for added sweetness.
