Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup, cinnamon, and dairy-free creamer. Heat over medium heat until the mixture starts to simmer, stirring occasionally. Once it starts to simmer, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Arrange the gluten-free biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Pour the cinnamon syrup mixture over the biscuits, ensuring they are all evenly coated.
Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the top of the biscuits for added sweetness.
Bake the coated biscuits in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until they are warm and slightly golden.
