Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup Whole-grain granola
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chopped almonds

Instructions

In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and chia seeds. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to soften slightly.

Spoon half of the Greek yogurt mixture into the bottom of a serving glass or bowl.

Layer half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt in the glass.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.

Repeat the layers with the remaining Greek yogurt mixture, mixed berries, and granola.

Drizzle honey over the top layer of granola.

If desired, sprinkle with chopped almonds for added crunch and flavor.
