  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 50 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 40 g granola (oats, nuts, honey)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 sprig mint sprig (optional)

Instructions

Start by preparing your ingredients. Wash and pat dry the mixed berries. If strawberries are used, hull and slice them.

In a medium glass or a bowl, spoon half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom, creating a yogurt layer.

Sprinkle half of the granola evenly over the yogurt layer.

Place half of the mixed berries on top of the granola.

Sprinkle half a teaspoon of chia seeds over the berry layer.

Repeat the layering by adding the remaining Greek yogurt, then granola, followed by the other half of the mixed berries.

Drizzle one teaspoon of honey over the top layer of berries.

Add a mint sprig on top for garnish if desired.
